Easy cake in a skillet: the result will be moist and delicious!

f you haven’t tried baking a cake in a cast-iron skillet you must try this recipe!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
1 egg
200g (1 cup) sugar
120ml (1/2 cup) hot water
110ml (1/2 cup) oil
245ml (1 cup) milk
190g (1 1/2 cups) flour (all purpose)
60g (1/2 cup) starch
10g vanilla sugar
10g baking powder
300ml (1.3 cup) cream
300g dark chocolate
60g white chocolate
METHOD
- Mix all ingredients for the dough. Pour the dough into a skillet with parchment paper. Cover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes. Turn cake over and fry for another 10 minutes.
- Prepare the chocolate ganache. Pour onto the cake. Decorate with white chocolate on top. Draw a drawing with a skewer. Sprinkle the sides with hazelnuts.
