Garlic pita bread: the result is so good and delicious!

Crispy and full of flavor, you can make this delicious bread in a pan in just minutes!

INGREDIENTS

• flour-700g

• warm water-450ml

• salt - 1 tsp

• yeast-1 tsp

• sour cream-1 tbsp

• green onions-200g

• cottage cheese-400g

• butter -100 g

• vegetable oil-70ml

METHOD

Put salt, yeast, sour cream in warm water. Stir. Add flour and knead the dough. Let rise.
Mix green onion with cottage cheese and salt. Divide the dough into 6 parts. Roll out the dough with a thickness of 2-3 mm. Lubricate with oil and spread the filling. Make an incision and fold in a circle. The resulting cone is crushed into a cake.
Fry in vegetable oil under a lid.
