Pita bread: the perfect Greek specialty to fill with the ingredients of your choice!

A delicious bread to make at home in no-time! 
 
INGREDIENTS
400 g (1 ½ cup) bread flour;
6 g (1 ½ tbsp) fresh yeast;
20 g (1 ⅔ tbsp) sugar;
7 g (1 ½ tsp) salt;
20 ml (1 1/4 tbsp) vegetable oil;
220 ml (¾ cup) warm water.
METHOD
  1. Whisk warm water, sugar, and yeast together. Add salt and vegetable oil.
  2. Mix liquids with flour and knead to form a ball of dough.
  3. Cover the dough with plastic and set it aside in warmth for 20 minutes.
  4. Fold the dough as shown on the video two times, with 20 minutes intervals.
  5. Cut the dough into 10 pieces and roll each into a ball.
  6. Cover and set aside for 20 minutes.
  7. Preheat the oven to 250C/482F with a baking sheet placed inside.
  8. Roll out pitas and bake each for 3-4 minutes. Fill with any filling before serving.
