Pita bread: the perfect Greek specialty to fill with the ingredients of your choice!

A delicious bread to make at home in no-time!
INGREDIENTS
400 g (1 ½ cup) bread flour;
6 g (1 ½ tbsp) fresh yeast;
20 g (1 ⅔ tbsp) sugar;
7 g (1 ½ tsp) salt;
20 ml (1 1/4 tbsp) vegetable oil;
220 ml (¾ cup) warm water.

METHOD
- Whisk warm water, sugar, and yeast together. Add salt and vegetable oil.
- Mix liquids with flour and knead to form a ball of dough.
- Cover the dough with plastic and set it aside in warmth for 20 minutes.
- Fold the dough as shown on the video two times, with 20 minutes intervals.
- Cut the dough into 10 pieces and roll each into a ball.
- Cover and set aside for 20 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 250C/482F with a baking sheet placed inside.
- Roll out pitas and bake each for 3-4 minutes. Fill with any filling before serving.
