Pita bread with potatoes: a fantastic recipe for a tasty dinner!

INGREDIENTS
650g (5 1/4 cups) flour 
430ml (1 3/4 cups) water 
1/2 tsp salt 
1kg boiled potatoes
300g cottage cheese
1/2 tsp salt  
Butter 

METHOD
1. In a bowl mix together flour with water and salt.
2. In another bowl mix together boiled potatoes, cheese, and salt.
3. Divide the dough into balls, then fill them with the prepared mixture and roll them out with your hands.
4. Fry from both sides. Spread with butter.
