Potato crumble: easy, fast and tasty!

The potato crumble is an easy and tasty dinner recipe that everybody will love! Here are the ingredients:

600 gr potatoes
250 gr 00 flour
1 egg
1 tsp instant dry yeast
1 pinch of salt
200 gr ham
300 gr provola cheese

Once you have made the dough, divide it in half. Half will be used as the base and the other half will cover the top. If you prefer, you can butter the base of the pan. Bake at 180°C for 40 minutes and your dinner is ready to be served. Enjoy!
