INGREDIENTS
speck 
new potatoes
olive oil
rosemary
provola cheese
bechamel
 
DIRECTIONS
1. Slice the potatoes and season them with olive oil and rosemary.
2. Place the speck into a muffin mold.
3. Fill with the potatoes and top with provola cheese and bechamel. 
4. Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.
