Potato fritters: you'll fall in love with this easy recipe!

Nice and crisp on the outside, soft and warm on the inside. Quick and easy to make.

INGREDIENTS

400 gr boiled potatoes

1 egg

100 gr flour

2 tbsp grated Parmesan

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon Instant Yeast

50 gr Speck

Oil for frying

METHOD

Combine the mashed potatoes, flour, egg, salt, yeast and cheese, then add the finely chopped bacon and knead the dough.
Heat oil and simmer.
