Here's a delicious way to cook creamy potatoes!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
1,5kg (10 cups) potatoes
300g (1.3 cup) mozzarella
3 eggs
200ml (0.85 cup) cooking cream
Salt to taste
pepper as needed
chopped aromatic herbs to taste
METHOD
- Peel a squash, grate it and slice it. Cook it in salted water for about 15 minutes.
- Grease a baking dish and make a layer of potatoes that overlaps slightly.
- Add the spices and make a layer of mozzarella
- Make a final layer of potatoes.
- Whisk the eggs with the cream and pour the potatoes evenly. Add a pinch of spices and bake at 180 ° C for about 40 minutes.
