INGREDIENTI

400g potatoes
salt
pepper
parsley
lemon zest
200g prawns
1 egg
1 tsp. breadcrumbs

2 eggs, beaten
breadcrumbs, as needed

DIRECTIONS
1. Boil and mash the potatoes, add the parsley, salt, prawns, and egg.
2. Mix everything together. Gather some of the mixture into your hand.
3. Place a prawn on top and roll it up into a ball.
4. Dip the ball in the beaten egg and then cover it in breadcrumbs.
5. Deep fry.
