Speck and potato balls: a delicious morsel!

An easy to make recipe with the sharp flavor of speck and potatoes. its cheese center is irresistible!
INGREDIENTS
speck
4 boiled potatoes
pepper
nutmeg
Parmesan cheese
breadcrumbs
1 egg
parsley

DIRECTIONS
1. Mash the boiled potatoes and season them. Mix in an egg.
2. Make some balls with the potato mixture and fill the center with a cube of provola cheese.
3. Wrap the ball in one or two slices of speck.
4. Bake at 190°C for 10 minutes.
