POTATO BALLS: golden and crispy, they are IRRESISTIBLE! π

INGREDIENTS
4 potatoes
100g (3/4 cup) of breadcrumbs
60g (3/4 cup) of parmesan
1 egg
Parsley
Pepper
Salt
Oil for frying
METHOD
1. Peel potatoes and transfer them to the pot with water. Boil for 35 minutes and then remove from the heat.
2. Mash the boiled potatoes in the bowl, then add the breadcrumbs, parmesan, egg, parsley, pepper, and salt and mix well.
3. Oil hands and take the mixture to obtain the balls. Transfer them to the pan with hot oil and fry until golden brown.
4. Serve potato balls all together on a serving dish and enjoy.
