Golden potato cake: cheesy, easy and delicious!

This recipe is just irresistible! Everyone will ask for a second slice!

INGREDIENTS
 4 large potatoes, peeled, thinly sliced;
 1 ½ tsp salt;
 1 tsp black pepper;
 1 tsp paprika;
 40g (⅓ cup) flour;
 7 slices cheese;
 Vegetable oil for frying.
 
METHOD
  1.  Combine potatoes with salt, pepper, paprika and flour.
  2.  Cover the bottom of a medium skillet with olive oil and top with potato slices.
  3.  Cover the potato layer with cheese and add more potatoes on top.
  4.  Cook over medium-low heat for 10 minutes per side.
