Potato fritters: super cheesy and easy to make!

They make a great side dish to try!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
3 large potatoes;
4 tbsp glutinous rice flour;
1 tsp salt;
2 tbsp sugar;
shredded cheese.
METHOD
- Peel and slice potatoes into rounds. Steam potato slices until soft and cooked through.
- Mash cooked potatoes using a potato masher, then add flour, salt and sugar into it.
- Knead potato dough until smooth, then divide into 7 balls.
- Form each ball into a patty, place a portion of shredded cheese in the middle, then gather all ends of the dough, pinch together to close the filling and form into a patty again.
- Heat vegetable oil and fry each bun for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden. Leave to cool down a little and then serve.
