Toast fritters: easy to make and to taste!

INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
2g (1/4 tsp) salt
500g Cabbage
100g (0.3 cup) baked ham
4 slices of bread
100g (0.4 cup) cheddar cheese
5g (1 tsp) butter
 
METHOD
  1. Cut a small slice of cabbage into small strips, beat the eggs and put the chopped cabbage in the eggs. Add salt as desired. Heat a pan and coat with butter. Arrange slices of bread on a pan and toast on one side, and thus it will heat up on the other side as well.
  2. When the bread is toasted, pour the cabbage in the eggs on a heated pan. Make two portions, arrange the cheese and ham on the surface of the egg and cabbage mixture, leave for another minute, and then carefully turn the fritters to bake on the surface as well. Arrange the fritters on slices of bread and cover with another slice. Serve.
