Pumpkin fritters: easy and tasteful!

INGREDIENTS
300g pumpkin
200g (1 cup) yogurt
2 eggs
2g (1/2 tsp) salt
5g (1 tsp) vanilla sugar
20g (2 tbsp) sugar
200g (1 1/3 cups) flour
4g (1 tsp) baking powder
METHOD

METHOD
- Cut and grate the pumpkin. Add yogurt, eggs, salt, vanilla sugar, and sugar. Mix and add flour and baking powder.
- In a pan pour some oil and with a spoon pour the mixture and make a round shape.
- Cover with lid and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Flip them and cook for another few minutes.
- Serve with yogurt.
