Hash brown fritters: the side dish with unique taste!

These are one of the best little snacks ever!

INGREDIENTS
3 potatoes
1 egg
12g (2 tbsp) cornstarch
4g (1 tsp) salt
4g (1 tsp) garlic powder
oil
 
METHOD
  1. Boil the potatoes for 8-10 minutes. Grate the potatoes.
  2. Add egg, starch, salt, and garlic. Mix.
  3. Shape fritters and place them in the freezer for 30 minutes.
  4. Fry in hot oil. Serve.
