Potato and frittata pie

Ingredients:
1 lb hash browns
1 lb hash browns
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp vegetable oil
6 eggs
⅓ cup milk
6 sliced bacon
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
1 tsp pepper

Method
1. 350˚F/180˚C.
2. In a medium bowl, mix hash browns with salt, pepper, and paprika..
3. In a medium skillet, fry 6 slices of bacon until crispy. Cut the bacon.
4. Heat oil in skillet, then add hash browns and divide it to form a nest.
5. Cook for 7 minutes on medium heat.
6. In a medium bowl, beat the eggs, milk, chopped bacon, and cheddar cheese.
7. Pour egg mixture over hash browns and bake at 350˚F/180˚C for 20 minutes.
9. Sprinkle with fresh chives and serve.
