Potato pie: a great idea for dinner!

This potato pie is a unique variation on the traditional potato gateau. Fill it with anything you prefer, it’ll always be a big hit!Ingredients for a 22cm diameter pan: 600g boiled potatoes, 2 teaspoons of Parmesan cheese, 2 eggs, one teaspoon of butter, salt and pepper to taste. Mix all the ingredients together, add some breadcrumbs if the mixture seems too soft. Spread ¾ of the mixture into the pan and fill with ham and cheese. Use the remaining mixture to make the lattice pie crust, and bake for 30 minutes.
