Potato donuts: a great idea for dinner!

Ingredients:
For the Donut
175g Mashed Potato
175g Grated Potato
35g Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
35g Diced Cheddar Cheese
2 Tbsp Flour
65ml Cream
Salt and Pepper
For the Crispy Crumb
50g Flour
3 Beaten Eggs
35g Breadcrumbs
Instructions:
Combine all of the ingredients for the donut in a bowl and mix.
Firmly push this mix into a donut mould and freeze for 2 hours.
Remove from the mould and then dip first in the flour, then the egg and then the breadcrumbs.
Deep fry at 180°C or 350°F for 6-7 minutes.
