Potato cordon bleu: a great recipe for a tasty and fun dinner!

A simple and quick way to prepare potatoes. You can fill it with anything you like and they are ready in only 15 minutes!
INGREDIENTS
boiled potatoes
salami
provola cheese
breadcrumbs
pepper
salt
pecorino cheese
egg wash

DIRECTIONS
1. Slice a boiled potatoes.
2. Dip the potato slices in the egg wash and then cover them with seasoned breadcrumbs.
3. Fill two slices of potatoes with salami and provola cheese.
4. Drizzle with olive oil and bake at 200°C for 15 minutes
5. Serve warm.
