Zucchini cordon bleu: a very simple dish for a quick and tasty dinner!

INGREDIENTS
2 zucchini
150g (1 cup) breadcrumbs
Egg wash
50g ham 
50g mozzarella slices
 
METHOD
  1. Slice zucchini, and fill them with baked ham and mozzarella slices.
  2. Dip into the egg wash and breadcrumbs, and fry in the hot oil from both sides.
