Here’ s a unique way to use squash. You can use cheese, ham or anything you prefer to prepare this delicious dish. Bake for 20 minutes and dinner is ready to serve!
INGREDIENTS

ham

egg, beaten

DIRECTIONS
1. Cut the squash into thin slices.
2. Add cheese, ham or anything you like, between two slices of squash.
3. Cover in egg wash and then in breadcrumbs. Make sure the sides are covered really well.
4. Fry or bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
