Cordon bleu potatoes: a delicious dinner idea ready in no-time!

They only require a few simple ingredients and taste absolutely amazing.
Perfect as a main dish, or as a side.

INGREDIENTS
4 large boiled potatoes
2 eggs
125g (1 cup) cornstarch
100g (1 cup) breadcrumbs
100g cheddar
Sausage
Salt
Oil
 
METHOD
  1. Cut the potatoes into slices. Salt.
  2. Beat eggs. Mix breadcrumbs with starch.
  3. Dip the potato slice in the egg, then roll in the breading. Fry on one side. Then turn over and lay out the cheese and sausage. Cover with a second slice. Bring to readiness.
