Omelette calzone: a delicious dinner idea ready in no-time!

INGREDIENTS
400g (3.2 cups) flour
150ml (0.6 cup) warm milk
525ml (2.22 cups) warm water
15g (1 tbsp) baking powder
1 tbsp (15g) melted butter
2 tbsp oil
1 egg
1 tsp salt
1 tsp (6g) sugar
1 tsp (10g) dry yeast
1 tbsp (15ml) milk
2 tsp (8g) sugar
Filling ingredients:
Eggs
Salt
200g (1.2 cups) Ham
200g (0.8 cup) Edam cheese
METHOD
- Pour salt, melted butter, oil, milk into the flour, whisk the yeast with a little warm milk and sugar, after 15 minutes add the yeast to the mixture, then add lukewarm water and mix the ingredients.
- Blend the ingredients, then add the egg and whisk.
- Heat a frying pan and coat with gas and oil. Pour in the mixture, arrange, add the ham, cheese, and then the beaten and salted egg. Turn the sock to bake the other side as well, then return to the first side and fold the sock. Repeat the process, but this time you can put the whole egg on the calzone mixture, salt the egg, and then add the ham and cheese.
- Bake the calzone while you have the mixes.
