Vegetarian calzones: the alternative way for irresistible dinner!

Crispy and super tasty, here's a delicious dinner idea to try!

INGREDIENTS
Dough:
200ml (1 cup) Water
5g (1 tsp) Salt
500g (3 1/2 cup) Flour
60ml (1/2 cup) Oil

Filling:
500g (2 cups) Feta cheese
50g (2 tbsp) Spring onion
A pinch of pepper

METHOD
  1. For the dough: In a bowl mix water with salt. In another bowl stir the flour, pour oil and mix it. Pour the salted water and knead the dough. Leave it for 30 minutes.
  2. For the filling: Grate the cheese and add chopped spring onion to it. Sprinkle with pepper and mix.
  3. Make balls out of dough and spread each into a circle. Add filling and fold it. Use a fork to close the sides.
  4. Fry in a pan with oil. Serve.
