Stuffed calzone: easy to make and simply delicious!

In a bowl pour two glasses of water and then add yeast, salt and flour. The result is amazing!

INGREDIENTS
Dough:
• 1.5 cups water
• 1 tsp dry yeast
• 1 tsp salt
• 4 cups flour
• 2 tbsp sunflower oil
 
Sauce:
• 4 cloves garlic
• parsley
• 1 pepper kapi
• 70g butter
• grated cheddar cheese
• 1 tsp red pepper
 
METHOD
  1. Mix all the ingredients for the dough. Let rise.
  2. Chop garlic, parsley, pepper. Mix and add melted butter.
  3. Roll out the dough and put it in a greased form. Put a part of the mix in the middle and sprinkle with cheese. Form Calzone. Top with the rest of the mix and sprinkle with red pepper. Make incisions. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
