Raisin brioche: fluffy, easy to make and simply delicious!

INGREDIENTS
Dough Recipe:
• 150ml water
• 20g yeast
• 100g butter
• 100g sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla sugar,
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 450g flour
 
     Filling and decoration:
• 120g raisins
• 20g butter
• 20g sugar.
 
METHOD
  1. Dissolve yeast in warm water. Mix sugar, salt, vanilla sugar with flour. Add dissolved yeast, 50g butter and knead well.
  2. While kneading add the remaining 50g butter. Put in a bowl and cover with a plastic wrap. Chill for 12 hours. Divide the dough into 8 pieces and roll into strips. Put raisins on a strip. Twist in the shape of a shell. Put the buns on a baking sheet and grease with butter, sprinkle with sugar. Let’s rise for 2 hours. Bake for 20 minutes at 190C/375F
