Raisin brioche: fluffy, easy to make and simply delicious!

INGREDIENTS
Dough Recipe:
• 150ml water
• 20g yeast
• 100g butter
• 100g sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla sugar,
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 450g flour
Filling and decoration:
• 120g raisins
• 20g butter
• 20g sugar.
METHOD
- Dissolve yeast in warm water. Mix sugar, salt, vanilla sugar with flour. Add dissolved yeast, 50g butter and knead well.
- While kneading add the remaining 50g butter. Put in a bowl and cover with a plastic wrap. Chill for 12 hours. Divide the dough into 8 pieces and roll into strips. Put raisins on a strip. Twist in the shape of a shell. Put the buns on a baking sheet and grease with butter, sprinkle with sugar. Let’s rise for 2 hours. Bake for 20 minutes at 190C/375F
