Apple fluffy brioche:

Just pour the eggs over the apples and blend! The result will be the best brioche ever!
INGREDIENTS

180ml (2/3 cup) Milk
2 Apples
15g (3 tsp) Dry yeast
40g (3 tbsp) Butter
24g (2 1/2 tbsp) Sugar
Vanilla sugar – 10g (1 tbsp)
3 Egg yolks
150g (1 cup) Raisins
600g (5 cups) Flour
METHOD
- In a bowl with milk add sugar and dry yeast. Add some flour and mix. Leave it to rest.
- Cut the apples into squares and add them to a blender with egg yolks. Blend it.
- In a bowl with flour put the blended apples and yeast mixture. Add sugar, butter and vanilla sugar. Mix it well then knead the dough. Cover it and leave it for 1 hour.
- After that put raisins over the dough. Knead it again.
- Divide it into balls. Put them in a springform pan.
- Cover with whisked egg yolk. Bake at 180C for 30 minutes. Serve.
