Stuffed calzones: they are perfect for a quick and delicioous dinner!

Fun to make and eat, they are delicious!
INGREDIENTS
• 300ml milk
• 1 tbsp baker's yeast
• 1 tsp sugar
• ½ tsp salt
• 1 egg
• 1 tbsp oil
• 600g flour
• tomato sauce
• salami
• onion
• red pepper
• cheese
• mozzarella
METHOD
- Knead the dough and let rise. Divide the dough into 6 parts. Roll the cake. Grease with tomato sauce. Put salt, onion, red pepper, grated cheese and fresh mozzarella. Form calzone.
- Put on a baking sheet with parchment paper. Grease with the yolk. Bake for 30 minutes at 250°C (480°F).
