Cheese stuffed pork: crispy and simply delicious!

This is a meat dish that will be on your dinner table all week long!

INGREDIENTS
Pork
Cheese
Breadcrumbs
Salt
Pepper
Oil
 
Batter:
50g (0.4 cup) flour (all purpose)
50g (0.4 cup) corn flour
Salt
Pepper
250ml (1 cup) beer
 
METHOD
  1. Beat the pork thinly, season with salt and pepper. Wrap a slab of cheese in pork and wrap it in plastic.
  2. Prepare the batter. Dip each portion in batter, and then in breadcrumbs. Deep-fry.
