Mini stuffed crust pizza: crispy and delicious!

These make a delicious snack or great party food!
INGREDIENTS

½ cup warm milk;
½ tbsp dry yeast;
½ tbsp. sugar;
½ tsp salt;
2 tbsp olive oil;
1 ½ cup flour;
Mozzarella cheese;
Tomato sauce;
Black olives;
Dried oregano.
METHOD
Add yeast and sugar into the warm milk and set the mixture aside until foamy.
Combine yeast solutions with flour, salt and olive oil. Knead the dough well until it is smooth, then cover with plastic and set aside for 1 hour.
Cut the dough into 5 portions, roll each one into a ball and roll out into a thin disk.
Slice mozzarella into small logs and layer them around the border of the dough disk.
Cover cheese with the dough, spread tomato sauce, sprinkle more cheese, add black olives and oregano.
Bake at 200C/400F for 12-15 minutes.
