Parmesan Crusted Potatoes: crispy and delicious!

INGREDIENTS
For a baking tray 30x40
10 potatoes
200g of grated cheese
Aromatic herbs to taste
Salt to taste
METHOD
1. Clean and boil the potatoes in salted water for about 20 minutes.
2. Then pax them under cold water and divide them in half keeping the skin.
3. Now take a baking tray and cover it with a sheet of parchment paper.
4. Sprinkle plenty of grated cheese until it forms a thin layer, if you like, add some chopped rosemary or spices, and add potatoes.
5. Bake at 180°C/356°F for about 30 minutes, or until the cheese turns brown.
6. Your fantastic baked cheese-flavored potatoes are ready to be served!
