Potato garlic rings: crispy and simply delicious!

You won't be able to stop at one!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
90 g (½ cup) semolina, finely mealed;
3 garlic cloves, minced;
3 small potatoes, boiled, peeled;
40 g (2 tbsp) butter;
½ tsp chili powder;
1 tsp salt;
120 ml (½ cup) water;
30 g (2 tbsp) flour;
3 tbsp parsley, chopped;
Oil for frying.
METHOD
- Saute garlic in butter until fragrant, around 1 minute.
- Add semolina, salt and chili powder. Pour water and stir. Cook until all water absorbs.
- Mash potatoes and add cooked semolina into it. Mix with parsley and roll out on an oiled surface.
- Cut out rings and carefully transfer each into preheated oil. Cook for 5-6 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- Re-roll the scraps and repeat.
