Potato garlic rings: crispy and simply delicious!

You won't be able to stop at one!

INGREDIENTS
 90 g (½ cup) semolina, finely mealed;
 3 garlic cloves, minced;
 3 small potatoes, boiled, peeled;
 40 g (2 tbsp) butter;
 ½ tsp chili powder;
 1 tsp salt;
 120 ml (½ cup) water;
 30 g (2 tbsp) flour;
 3 tbsp parsley, chopped;
 Oil for frying.
 
METHOD
  1.  Saute garlic in butter until fragrant, around 1 minute.
  2.  Add semolina, salt and chili powder. Pour water and stir. Cook until all water absorbs.
  3.  Mash potatoes and add cooked semolina into it. Mix with parsley and roll out on an oiled surface.
  4.  Cut out rings and carefully transfer each into preheated oil. Cook for 5-6 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  5.  Re-roll the scraps and repeat.
