Onion rings: they will be crispy and irresistible!

INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
2 large white onions;
3 slices cheese;
2 eggs;
1 cup (120g) all-purpose flour;
1 cup (120g) breadcrumbs;
Salt and pepper;
Oil for frying.
METHOD
- Slice onions into 1-1.5 cm thick rings and separate them.
- Place one smaller onion ring inside one larger ring and fill the gap with thin slices of cheese.
- Whisk eggs with salt and pepper.
- Dredge onions ring in flour, then dip into eggs and cover with breadcrumbs. Dip rings into eggs one more time and covers with breadcrumbs to make sure you secure the cheese inside.
- Cook onion rings in preheated oil at 180C/350F for 4-5 minutes.
