Potato roulade in crust: you have to try this recipe today!

It’s the perfect dinner idea and everyone will adore it!INGREDIENTS
400g boiled potatoes
1 egg
salt
pepper
parsley
80g Parmesan cheese
120g ham
100g cheese
breadcrumbs
100g mushrooms
one sheet of puff pastry
DIRECTIONS
1. Mash the potatoes and season them with salt, pepper, mix in an egg and Parmesan cheese.
2. Spread out the potato mixture and cover it with slices of ham, cheese, and mushrooms. Roll it up.
3. Let it chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes and then roll it up in a sheet of puff pastry.
4. Brush the top with egg yolk and bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
