INGREDIENTS
1kg of potatoes
Extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves of garlic
2 sprigs of rosemary
Salt
Pepper
60ml (1/4 cup) of water
METHOD
1. Peel the potatoes and divide them in half, then cut them lengthwise to obtain wedges.
2. In a pan add the extra virgin olive oil, garlic and rosemary and fry for a few minutes.
3. Add the potatoes to the pan and season them with salt and pepper. Pour the water and cover with the lid. Let them cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Serve potatoes all together on a serving dish.
