Stuffed cabbage: you have to try this!

INGREDIENTS
Savoy cabbage
2 tbsp olive oil
Carrot
Yellow pepper
Red pepper
1 onion
Garlic
1 tsp dry dill
300g ground meat
2 eggs
100g cheese
Parsley
Salt
Pepper
Broth
METHOD
- Disassemble the Savoy cabbage into sheets. Blanch large sheets and place them in ice water. Place the sheets in a bowl.
- Prepare ground meat. Stew the chopped vegetables in olive oil.
- Add ground meat, eggs, cheese, parsley, salt and pepper. Mix.
- Put the prepared ground meat in the cabbage leaves, alternating layers. Form a ball and tie with kitchen thread.
- Put in a saucepan, pour in the broth, cover with a lid.
- Bake for 60 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
