Tomato parmesan potatoes: a side dish that the whole family will love!

This is a delicious side dish that will make weeknight dinners a thousand times better! 
 
INGREDIENTS
 1kg (2 pounds) medium potatoes, boiled and peeled;
 1 garlic clove, sliced in half;
 400ml (3 ¼ cups) tomato sauce;
 230 g (2 cups) cheese, shredded;
 60 g (⅔ cup) parmesan cheese, shredded;
 Fresh basil leaves, olive oil, salt and pepper.
 
METHOD
  1.  Add garlic, basil, olive oil, salt and pepper into a tomato sauce.
  2.  Boil for 5 minutes, stirring.
  3.  Slice boiled potatoes and layer ⅓ of them out in a baking pan, covering the bottom. Top with tomato sauce, parmesan and regular sharp cheese.
  4.  Repeat all the layers with leftover potatoes, cheese and sauce.
  5.  Bake at 180C/350F for 25-30 minutes.
