Potato and meat cake: a delicious dish for the whole family!

You only need a few ingredients to make a delicious dish in no-time!
INGREDIENTS
• 1 kg ground-meat
• 4-5 potatoes
• 1 chopped onion
• 2 cloves garlic
• 2 carrots
• 120g / 0.8 cup tomato sauce
• 200ml / 7oz red wine
• 500ml / 17.6oz meat broth
• 3 tbsp soy sauce
• 8 slices cheese
• 4 tbsp olive oil
• ½ tbsp salt
• rosemary
METHOD
- Boil the potatoes. Peel and slice.
- Fry garlic and onions in olive oil. Add ground-meat, salt and fry. Add carrots, tomato sauce, soy sauce, wine, broth, dry rosemary. Stew until cooked.
- Put the ground-meat in a mold and put cheese and potatoes on top. Grease with olive oil and salt.
- Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
- Sprinkle with dried rosemary.
