Potato plumcake: easy and delicious!

A perfect and easy dish to serve for a delicious dinner!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
• 5 large potatoes
• 150g chopped cheese
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 finely chopped large onion
• 1 garlic clove
• 500g ground meat
• 2 tbsp paprika powder
• 395g tomato paste
• 1 tsp pepper
• 1 tsp salt
• 240g fried spinach
• 2 tbsp minced parsley
METHOD
1.) Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices. Then use them to align the bottom and sides of a rectangular form
2.) Then coat the potato slices with cheese.
3.) Then fry the onion and garlic in a pan. Then let's fry the minced meat seasoned with paprika.
4.) Add the tomato paste with salt and pepper, then spinach in a pan. Cook over low heat for about 10 minutes.
5.) Now put some minced meat on the cheese into the mold.
6.) Cover the minced meat with slices of potatoes and lay another layer of cheese on top.
7.) Spread another layer of minced meat. and repeat layering until you reach the top edge of the vertical potato along all side edges. Then insert the other slices of potatoes on the side to be able to peel even higher.
8.) Finally, cover the potato pie with potato slices.
9.) Cook the potato pie for 70 minutes at 185°C/350°F in the oven. Let it cool slightly and turn the cassette over so that the potato pie is ready to serve.
