Wurstel plumcake: this recipe is so simple!

250 g (8.8 oz) yogurt;
8 sausages;
100 g (3.5 oz) cheese;
3 eggs;
1 tsp baking powder;
200 g (7 oz) flour;
butter for the loaf pan.

METHOD
Preheat oven to 180C. Butter medium loaf pan.
Whisk baking powder and flour together.
Separately whisk eggs, salt and yogurt. Pour wet ingredients into dry mixture and combine until smooth batter forms. Add cheese and stir to incorporate.
Pour 1/3 of the batter into a loaf pan, place half of the sausages on top. Cover with 1/3 of the batter and add more sausages. Finally add leftover batter and bake the plumcake for 35-40 minutes.
