Plumcake pizza

INGREDIENTS
For the stuffing:
350g chicken breast already cooked
300 ml spicy tomato sauce
70g grated mozzarella cheese
100g cheddar cheese
30 g spring onion
 
For the base:
500g pizza dough
80g grated mozzarella cheese
For coverage:
100 ml spicy tomato sauce
About 100 g of grated mozzarella cheese
 
METHOD
Combine chopped chicken, tomato sauce, mozzarella and cheddar cheese and spring onion
Cut pizza dough in squares.
Put 1 tbsp chicken mixture on the dough, and sprinkle with grated mozzarella.
Fill  a baking form with squares
Pour tomato sauce on the top and  add some mozzarella.
Bake  at 160°C/320°F for 35 min
