Crème brûlée cheesecake: so simple but so delicious!

INGREDIENTS
170g (2 cups) of crushed cookies
7 tbsp of melted butter
1.1kg (4 1/4 cups) of cream cheese
210g (1 cup) of sugar
5 eggs
1 tbsp of vanilla extract
260ml (1 cup) of heavy cream
60g (1/4 cup) of sugar
METHOD
1. In a bowl mix together eggs, cream cheese, vanilla extract, sugar, and heavy cream.
2. In another bowl mix together crushed cookies and melted butter.
3. Transfer to the baking pan and bake at 180’C (350’F) for 12 minutes.
4. Once cool enough add cheese mixture and bake for another 60 minutes.
5. Sprinkle with sugar and torch for the brûlée.
