Cookie rolls: easy, delicious and so pretty!

Cookie rolls are thick, soft, buttery cookies, swirled with butter-sugar too delicious to not try them!

INGREDIENTS

• 500g flour

• 200g butter

• 100g yogurt

• 100g sour cream

• 1 egg

• 1 tsp sugar

• 1/2 tsp salt

• 1/2 tsp soda

filling

• 200g sugar

• 130g flour

• 70g butter

• 1 tsp vanilla sugar.

METHOD

Mix flour with butter. In a bowl, beat one egg, sour cream and yogurt. Add sugar, salt, soda. Mix all the ingredients and knead the dough.
Cook the filling. Divide the dough into two parts, roll out. Pour the filling onto the cake, wrap it in a roll. Grease with an egg. Bake for 20 minutes at 180C/350F.
