Leopard print cookies: so easy and fun to make!

INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
1 egg yolk;
125g (½ cup) butter;
50g (½ cup) powdered sugar;
25g (¼ cup) powdered sugar;
1 tsp brown sugar;
215g (1 ⅔ cup) flour;
20g (3 tbsp) cocoa powder;
Some milk.
METHOD
- Mix flour with ½ cup powdered sugar.
- In a separate bowl combine butter with ¼ cup powdered sugar, vanilla and egg yolk.
- Start adding flour into the butter mixture and mix until the dough comes together.
- Cut ¼ of the dough and divide it in half. Mix one half of the dough with 1 tbs of cocoa, and add another 2 tbsp into the second half. Add some milk to help mix it in. Roll cocoa dough into balls.
- Roll out the largest part of the dough between parchment and place balls of dough on top of one another (darker being on the top). Roll out again to achieve leopard print.
- Cut out the cookies and bake at 180C/350F for 20-25 minutes.
