Chocolate stuffed cookies: delicious and easy to prepare!

INGREDIENTS
130g (½ cup) butter, softened
160g (¾ cup) sugar
90ml (⅓ cup) vegetable oil
2 eggs
5ml (1 tsp) vanilla extract
a pinch of salt
90g (⅗ cup) cornstarch
360g (2 ¾ cups) all-purpose flour
6g (1 ½ tsp) baking powder
150g (1 cup) dark chocolate
100ml (⅓ cup+1 tbsp) cream
METHOD
1. Preheat the oven to 170°C/340°F. Line a baking sheet with some parchment.
2. In a medium bowl, beat butter with sugar and vanilla extract until pale and creamy. Add vegetable oil and mix well. Finally mix in 2 eggs.
3. In another bowl whisk flour with cornstarch, salt, and baking powder.
4. Add dry ingredients into the bowl of liquids and mix to combine.
5. Roll the dough into 22 equal balls and press each one with a colander to make a pattern on the surface as shown in the video.
6. Bake each cookie for 20 minutes. Let cool down.
7. Melt chocolate and cream in the microwave and let cool down.
8. Pipe some chocolate in the middle of 11 cookies and cover it with another cookie on top.
