Chocolate baskets: a great idea for preparing a delicious dessert!

Ingredients:
1 tbsp vegetable oil;
300 g/10 oz chocolate chip cookie dough;
½ cup caramel sauce;
½ cup melted chocolate.
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees C (350 F). Grease muffin tin cups with some vegetable oil.
Make cookie dough into six balls and spread each in a muffin tin cup to cover the bottom and the sides evenly.
Bake for 15 minutes. Cookie cups may puff up in the oven so use teaspoon to press the dough back in the middle and the end of cooking. Let the cookie cups cool down completely.
Fill each cookie basket with a layer of caramel sauce and top with some melted chocolate. Chill in freezer for 15 minutes and serve.
