INGREDIENTS
3 carrots
1/2 of cabbage
Extra virgin olive oil
Chilli flakes
Paprika
Salt
Fillo pastry
METHOD
1. Wash and chop the carrots and cabbage. In a pan add the olive oil and transfer the vegetables.
2. In the pan with vegetables add the chilli flakes, paprika, and salt and cook on medium heat until vegetables become soft. Remove from the heat and let it cool.
3. Place the phyllo dough sheet on the cutting board and brush with olive oil. Cover with another sheet and brush the second one also. Divide phyllo sheets into the 3 equal parts.
4. Place a phyllo strip on the bottom and place a portion of the filling. Fold the side diagonally and repeat the process until the end of the strip to obtain a triangle shape. Repeat the process for all other sheets.
5. Transfer the triangles to the baking tray covered with parchment paper. Bake in oven 180Β°C/360Β°F 15 min.
6. Serve phyllo dough triangles on a serving dish and enjoy.
