Phyllo dough triangles: the original, crispy and delicious recipe

Ingredients:
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
Oil
500 g micie meat
Salt and pepper
Herbs mix
Ground ginger (1 pinch)
Cumin
Green onion
2 boiled potato
Phyllo dough
Directions:
1. Cut onion and garlic.
2. Brown them in a pan with oil and add minced meat, herbs, ginger, cumin, green onion and boiled potato.
3. Fill the phyllo dough and make the triangles.
4. Bake at 400°F (200°) for 15/20 minutes.
