Potato triangles: fluffy and creamy!

A potato snack that you would not like to miss. Make potato triangles and enjoy a great time with family!
INGREDIENTS

280g (2.2 cup) Flour
100g (0.6 cup) of kefir
80g (0.3 cup) Butter
1 Egg
3 g Salt
12g (3 tsp) Baking powder
Charging
450g (1.3 cups) Boiled potatoes
30g (0.13 cup) melted butter
30g (1.5 cups) basil
1 tsp (6g) Salt
For decor
1 egg yolk
80g (0.5 cup) Black and white sesame seeds
METHOD
- Combine sifted flour with baking powder and salt. Mix kefir softened butter and egg. Combine both mixtures and mix them into a soft non-stick dough. Cover the dough with foil and leave for 15 minutes at room temperature.
- Mash the boiled potatoes, add butter, basil, and salt to taste, mix and cool completely.
- Knead the dough and cut it into 12 parts. Round each piece of dough and cover with foil.
- Roll out the dough into a circle, place the filling in the middle and form a triangle, carefully attaching the edges.
- Coat the sides of the triangle with beaten egg yolk and dip in a mixture of white and black sesame seeds. Place on baking paper and coat the surface with egg.
- Bake in the oven preheated to 180 ° C on a medium level without convection for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool and serve.
